  Overview
The purpose of this survey is two-fold: 1) To repeat enough of the questions from the 2004 Survey to provide comparative data on the State of eLearning in southeast Michigan, and 2) To generate the research data necessary to satisfy requirements for our NSF Grant application called eLearning in Organizational Transformation.
